Our doctors, their practices, and their patients are our priority and their interests come first.
Governance
Doctors will always hold a majority of the board seats and lead 100% of the management committees – meaning doctors are always the final decision-makers.
Collaboration
Our experienced, like-minded doctors share best practices and support each other in all areas of practice — treatment plans, new technology, practice management, operating efficiencies, reducing costs, hiring and retaining staff. Consider it the best study club you’ll ever join.
Alignment
of interests
Unlike every other DSO in our industry, Phase 1 Equity’s management team is only rewarded after the doctors are rewarded. Because our doctors are our investors, their economic interests come first.
Transparency
We will always be open and honest and take the time to fully explain our model and timeline to ensure doctors know whether Phase 1 Equity is the right fit for them.
Excellence
Collectively and individually, we are always striving for the best outcomes—in patient care, business support, and financial outcomes for our doctors.
