She led multiple initiatives that developed and enhanced Morale, Welfare, and Recreation programs. She later transitioned from business and facility management into Human Resources, where she has supported a high-growth healthcare platform through periods of integration and operational expansion. She is known for bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to evolving organizations.
